Information collected through our website is processed via Netlify Forms and stored within our email and productivity platform (Microsoft 365) and our property management software. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

When we disclose your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to third parties where necessary to deliver our services or to comply with the law, including:

• Tradespeople and contractors engaged to carry out maintenance and repairs.
• Insurers, valuers and other service providers.
• Tenancy default databases (such as TICA and NTD) where permitted by law.
• The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA), QCAT, government agencies and regulators.
• Our professional advisers, and where required or authorised by law.
